We want to show, honestly, the difference a Bloom makes. Not with our words, but with yours. The same few questions, about confidence and feeling like yourself, asked before your Bloom and again once you have had it a while.

Each form takes about two minutes. The first arrives with your order confirmation, and the second by email 4 weeks after your Bloom is posted to you. There is no need to sign up: the link in each email is yours alone.

Your answers are private. They are only ever shared as anonymous totals, for example with funders and partners who help us reach more people, and never with your name. You choose whether anything you write may be quoted. See our privacy policy.

Taking part is entirely up to you. The choice is yours.
