Shipping policy.

What happens between you placing an order and it reaching you, and who is responsible at each step. Last updated 11 September 2026.

Bloom Prosthetics (“we” and “us”) operates https://www.bloomprosthetics.co.uk(the “Website”). The terms below apply to every order placed through the Website, so that you know what to expect from us and when.

1. Shipping costs

Every posted order is sent by Royal Mail standard delivery for £3.99. This is shown in your basket and at checkout before you pay. We deliver to UK addresses only.

2. Delivery terms

2.1 What is posted, and what is not

Bloom Signature and Mould and Mirror are posted to you. Fittings and moulds are booked directly with Amanda Jo or Megan Jones, so there is nothing to post. Gift vouchers and credit codes are sent by email.

2.2 When your order is made and sent

Every Bloom is finished by hand, so timing depends on what you ordered:

  • Bloom Signature. Made from our existing range and posted to you. We email you the moment it is on its way.
  • Mould and Mirror. After you order, we email you a booking link for your chosen artist. Your mould is created at a face to face appointment, then your Bloom is made within 14 days and posted to you.
  • Gift voucher. Emailed as soon as you pay.

Unless we have agreed a different time with you, we will deliver your order without undue delay and within 30 days of the day you place it, as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires. For Mould and Mirror, your piece is created within 14 days of your moulding appointment, so its delivery is counted from that appointment.

2.3 Our working days

We make and post orders on working days, Monday to Friday, except UK bank holidays. Royal Mail’s delivery times are counted in working days too.

2.4 Change of delivery address

We can change your delivery address at any time before your order has been posted. Email [email protected] with your order number as soon as you can.

2.5 Delivery taking longer than expected

If your parcel has not arrived when you expected it, contact us and we will follow it up with Royal Mail on your behalf.

3. Tracking

When your order is posted we email you to let you know it is on its way. If your parcel has a tracking number, it is included in that email so that you can follow it on Royal Mail’s website.

4. Parcels damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take a photograph of it if you can, and get in touch with us straight away. If the parcel was left while you were out, contact us and we will tell you what to do next.

5. Cancellations

What you can cancel, and until when, depends on what you ordered. It is all set out in the refund policy.

6. Lost or damaged parcels

Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to you. If a parcel is lost or damaged on its way, we will replace it or refund you. Where a claim with Royal Mail is needed, we deal with it. You do not have to wait for its outcome before we put things right.

7. Customer service

For anything about delivery, email us at [email protected]. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
